Why team coaching?
Your team may be newly formed or have been in place for a long time. Its members may feel at ease with each other, or they may perceive tensions. Its environment may be seen as supportive or challenging. Is your team working to the best of its abilities?
Are team members aligned around a shared purpose? Are ground rules clear and applied? Is the team interacting efficiently with its environment and managing its stakeholders properly? Are the differences in individual profiles and points of view well understood? Team coaching is emerging as the way to support teams increase their impact and learn together.

Following an assessment and an objective setting phase, we work together in regular group sessions over 6 to 12 months. I partner with the team as a whole, bringing tools and methods, and helping individual team members learn from working together.
Together we clarify the team’s mandate, how members want to operate, how they interact within and outside the team and how they speak with one voice. We meet regularly for group sessions. Depending on the agreement, there might be individual sessions taking place alongside the team sessions. I may also come as an observer to regular team meetings and provide feedback on what I am observing.
