A coaching programme entails clear steps

Initial conversation

• Initial conversation to establish whether we would like to work together
• Agreement on number, frequency and location of coaching sessions

Project start

• Often some form of assessment
• Identification of coaching objectives
• Conversation with your line manager to gather input on your objectives (optional)

Coaching sessions

• Discussion of specific points and progress
• Laps of time between sessions: reflection, implementation of actions, specific exercises
• Programme over 4 to 8 months

End of project

• Review of your successes, your learning and the way to maintain momentum
• Some form of assessment (optional)
